Campfire Agave Margarita

  • 2 oz Reposado tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Agave syrup
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau or orange liqueur
  • Tajín or smoked salt, for rim
  • Lime wheel, for garnish
  • Fumeworks wood chips
Rim a rocks glass with Tajín or smoked salt and fill with ice. In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and Cointreau. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into the prepared glass. Place the cocktail under a dome and smoke with Fumeworks wood chips for 30–60 seconds. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Mesquite Smoked Manhattan

Mesquite Smoked Manhattan

  • 2 oz. Rye Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Fumeworks wood chips
  • Brandied cherry for garnish
Smoke the glass using a skosh of Fumeworks wood chips. Stir whiskey, vermouth, and bitters with ice. Strain into the glass and garnish with a cherry.
Non-Alcoholic Tea Recipe
CHAI EMBER LATTE

Chai Ember
Latte

  • 1 Chai tea bag (or 1 tbsp loose-leaf chai blend)
  • 1/2 cup Hot water
  • 1/2 cup Steamed milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar or maple syrup
  • Ground cinnamon or star anise, for garnish
  • Fumeworks and/or cinnamon wood chips (for smoking)
Steep chai tea in hot water for 4–5 minutes. While steeping, steam the milk and sweeten it with brown sugar or maple syrup. Combine the steeped tea and steamed milk in a mug. Smoke under a dome with Fumeworks and/or cinnamon wood chips for 30–60 seconds. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a single star anise pod.
